We are excited to begin slowly re-opening our restaurants, though things may look and feel a little different. This is because we are committed to re-opening once we’re confident we can do so safely while caring for our guests, caring for our team, and caring for our community. We have implemented several measures across the business to responsibly manage the current COVID-19 environment:

Face Coverings – All team members will be wearing face coverings at all times. We also require any vendors or service contractors to wear face coverings while on property.

Social Distancing – To limit contact without compromising the Custom House experience, guests will see visual cues and signage to ensure six feet of separation is maintained. Additional measures include limited occupancy, safely spaced guest seating, and potential barriers in areas.

In-Store Cleanliness – We increased protocols for regular cleaning and sanitation. High touch items such as condiment bottles, utensils, and salt & pepper shakers will be replaced by disposable menu and single-service items, when possible.

Wellness Checks – Team members participate in daily wellness checks before the start of shifts. Additionally, they will learn and execute new safety practices in their routines to protect themselves and our guests.
